Judd has been in the carpet cleaning and flood restoration business for more than 15 years. He is a second generation cleaner and restorer. Judd is a certified Master cleaning technician, Journeyman water restorer, and has other certifications from the IICRC including; upholstery cleaning, commercial carpet cleaning, fire damage restoration, advanced structural drying, and carpet repair & reinstallation. Judd has mitigated more TES losses in Utah than any other contractor. Cody Hofhine Cody is a third generation general contractor and now a partner in Intermountain Restoration.
